Lego will open the first water park in Gardaland in May 2020

The first LEGOLAND(R) Water Park in Europe will be built in Italy, specifically in Gardaland.

If you're a fan of the iconic Lego, the wait is almost over because on May 28, 2020, the first water park entirely made of Lego bricks will be inaugurated in Veneto.

Construction is progressing at the site, and all the different attractions and themed areas that will make up the new LEGOLAND(R) Water Park Gardaland, which will open to the public on May 28, 2020, now have names.

After passing through the large Lego brick wave at the Entrance Portal, visitors will immediately be captivated by the enchanting LEGO River Adventure, a water course that will traverse much of the Water Park area, which can be ridden on customizable inflatable boats. The path will traverse a scenic cave with an underwater theme and will run alongside Miniland, the area that features about a hundred iconic Italian monuments made entirely of Lego bricks, from the Duomo di Milano to the Colosseum, including the Leaning Tower of Pisa and St. Mark's Basilica.

Beach Party, an irresistible attraction with multi-level play areas and colorful slides, will be waiting for children to ensure endless fun: water cannons shooting from every corner and a large bucket positioned on the tower will amaze our little Guests with a thrilling moment.

The LEGO Creation Island area will be dedicated to play through creativity and discovery: young visitors will enjoy the unique construction of custom boats with Lego bricks and then place them in the water to float throughout the journey. Children will also be able to create builds with DUPLO bricks, decorate a large sandcastle made entirely of Lego bricks, and use large soft blocks to build giant walls for guaranteed fun.

DUPLO Splash is an attraction designed for young adventurers who are encouraged to learn through play and approach their first slides: in this area, children and their families can discover all the aquatic animals that inhabit various locations around the planet, from jungles to polar regions.

Guaranteed enjoyment awaits on the slides of Jungle Adventures with descents suitable for the whole family: whether riding solo, using an inflatable, in open air, or in the dark, everyone will find the perfect slide to embark upon.

The Pirate Bay attraction, with its large swimming pool, will be the ideal place for the entire family to swim, refresh, or simply relax. The gradual entry to the pool will allow children to venture into the water and have fun playing with LEGO characters until they conquer the pirate fortress.
