Flight Cancellations and Refunds with easyJet

All flights to and from Italy have been canceled until April 3rd, except for some extraordinary flights that can be used only in the following cases and with proper self-declaration: proven work needs, emergency situations, health reasons, or repatriation to your home or residence. If any of these reasons are valid, you can book the extraordinary flight either from the website or at the airport.

Bookings will be made in order of reception until seats run out. If you do not show up at the airport once you have a seat, you will no longer have the opportunity to request a refund or rebook it.

Has the flight been canceled? You can choose to rebook a new flight or request a refund by accessing the Manage Booking section on the website and entering your booking details.

If the flight was not purchased directly through easyJet, you must contact the agency where the booking was made.
